Michael Hingson

Michael Hingson has been blind since shortly after birth. On September 11, 2001, he was on the 78th floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center when the first plane struck. With his guide dog Roselle, he descended 1,463 steps to safety just before the South Tower collapsed. He now speaks about his experience and advocates for blind individuals.
