Matt Sheehan

Matt Sheehan is a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he follows the artificial intelligence debate in China and interprets the American debate. He writes a newsletter under his own name and is working to lay a foundation for future U.S.-China coordination on A.I. He is the author of “The Transpacific Experiment: How China and California Collaborate and Compete for Our Future.”
