Hannah Gadsby

Hannah Gadsby is an Australian comedian and writer whose show Nanette stopped stand-up comedy in its tracks, playing to sold-out houses in Australia, the UK, and New York. Its Netflix launch, and the Emmy and Peabody wins that followed, took Nanette and Gadsby to the world. Their next show, Douglas — named after their dog — toured internationally and earned another Emmy nomination, and they previously played a character named Hannah on the Hulu series Please Like Me.
