Nicole Bedera, Ph.D.

Nicole Bedera is a sociologist whose research examines how institutional structures re-traumatize survivors and enable sexual violence to recur. She spent a year embedded inside a university Title IX office and authored On the Wrong Side. She co-founded the nonprofit Survivor Alumni Network and consults on institutional courage.
