Lloyd B. Klickstein, M.D., Ph.D.

Lloyd Klickstein is a physician-scientist who has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of drug discovery, healthy aging, and preventive medicine. He has held roles in academic medicine, translational research, and biotechnology, focusing on developing treatments for muscle wasting, metabolic disease, and age-related conditions. He led the development of bimagrumab and currently works on novel approaches to mTOR inhibition and cancer prevention.
