Grant Achatz

Award-winning chef known for pushing the boundaries of fine dining at Alinea in Chicago. He trained under Charlie Trotter and Thomas Keller, then opened his own restaurants, including the experimental Next and cocktail bar The Aviary. He survived stage IV tongue cancer and continues to innovate with technology and storytelling in cuisine.
