Gordon Banks
Gordon Banks was an English footballer and the only goalkeeper ever to win the FIFA World Cup, leading England to victory in 1966. He became a national icon but suffered food poisoning during England's 1970 World Cup campaign in Mexico, after which the team's international performance declined significantly.
