Alison L. LaCroix is a legal historian and professor at the University of Chicago Law School. Her research focuses on federalism, constitutional history, and the interbellum period. She is the author of 'The Interbellum Constitution: Union, Commerce, and Slavery in the Age of Federalisms.'
