Aaron Murphy is a real estate investor who built a portfolio of 75 rental units using the BRRRR method, replacing his and his wife’s W-2 income in 11 years. After growing frustrated with the 'do this or don't get paid' mindset at his job, he began investing outside his expensive home city, learning from early costly mistakes. Today he travels full-time, funding his adventures through passive rental income.
